Spent the day up in the San Isabel forest scouting for Christmas trees. Tried a lot of spots, but none of them gave us the look we were after, so we drove home skunked. Next try, Clear Lake.
Lost my cell while climbing, but somehow found it again. Guess that made it a lucky day despite the fact we didn’t find a tree.
Beat from all the fresh air and hiking. Looking forward to a nice quiet night.
